You have found Mervi's fanlistings collective. Now, unless you're one of the initiated, that probably doesn't sound too exciting. Fanlistings are quite simply just that - online lists of people who are fans of something. They are different from web rings and cliques because you don't have to own a website to join. For me they are also a good excuse to build small tributes to things I love from the smallest wonders of nature to the greatest actress in the whole world. I'm in the process of adopthing out a big part of the fanlistings I run. fani means "a fan" and nippu "a bunch (of)" in Finnish. This collective and the sites that are hosted here are best viewed with your palantír browser. The layout you see is something like version 4. (Butterflies, roses, ducks... and now random swirly flower brushes.) Also - those of you familiar with Darren Hayes/Savage Garden might find something familiar in the titles of these pages.
